Executive Chef, Weston Ludeke
Chef Ludeke relocated to Santa Fe from Charlottesville, Virginia, where he recently opened Keswick Hall Resort, overseen by world-renowned Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Before that, Chef Weston lived and worked in Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. He trained under amazing chefs and restauranteurs including, Gordon Ramsay, Michael Mina, Stephen Starr, Joachim Splichal, and Brendan Collins. Through this training, Weston found his “voice” in cooking. His goal is to bring the bounty of the farmer’s market to the table, following the same French technique and philosophy for which Chef Kiffin is known.

General Manager, Rodolphe Louchart
Born in Lille, France, Rodolphe Louchart’s passion for the Food & Wine industry started early. Growing up, he would spend more time with his mom in the kitchen, than with his father under the hood of a car. In Europe, he had the opportunity to work as a Maître d’ at renowned Michelin-starred restaurants such as Le Gavroche, London, and the Château de Ligny, France. When he moved to the US in 2004, he pursued a career in Portland, OR, managing Fine Dining Restaurants, before moving to Willamette Valley where he oversaw several upscale Wineries. After 17 years in Oregon, Rodolphe decided to relocate to Santa Fe, where he found his way back to Fine Dining, Chef Mark Kiffin, and The Compound Restaurant. Rodolphe loves cooking at home, if you can’t find him in his kitchen, he is most likely playing in the dirt, in his garden. He has yet to learn how to change his own engine oil…
